By using runmemyrefund.com or engaging Run Me My Refund / 3S Financial Group LLC ("we", "us") for tax preparation, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
We prepare individual federal and state income tax returns based on the information and documents you provide. We do not provide legal advice, audit representation, or investment advice unless agreed to in writing as a separate engagement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide, including income, deductions, dependents, and bank information. You must retain your own records and supporting documentation as required by the IRS.
3. Fees
Preparation fees are quoted before filing and are due upon completion of your return. If you elect a refund-transfer/bank product, fees may be deducted directly from your refund along with bank processing fees.
4. Refund Advance Products
Refund advances are issued by our partner bank, not by us. Approval, amount, and timing are determined solely by the bank based on its underwriting and IRS acceptance of your return. We do not guarantee approval or any specific refund amount.
5. In-Person Appointment Policy
To protect the privacy of every client's tax information, only the client whose return is being prepared may attend the appointment. No extra guests, family members, or children may be present. If you arrive with additional people we will reschedule.
6. Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by replying to your confirmation email or calling (205) 386-4511. No-shows may be charged a $25 fee.
7. Referral Program
Referral payouts are awarded after a referred client's return is fully funded by the IRS or our bank partner. Payouts may be voided in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or amended returns.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any error on a prepared return is limited to a refund of fees paid plus any IRS-assessed penalty and interest directly attributable to our error. We are not liable for additional tax that you legitimately owe.
9. E-Signature & Engagement Letter
By completing intake and signing electronically, you authorize us to e-file your return on your behalf. The engagement letter incorporates these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.
