Regular Business Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM CST (Sunday closed).
Off-Season Booking Hours: Wednesdays only, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST. Off-season appointment booking is limited to Wednesdays — regular business hours are not the same as off-season booking availability.

How fast can I get my refund?+
The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days of accepting your return when you choose direct deposit. We e-file the same day in most cases once your return is signed.
What documents do I need?+
See the full Document Checklist. Common items: W-2s, 1099s, ID, Social Security cards, prior-year return, bank info for direct deposit.
How do I contact you about my tax return after I submit my intake?+
Your secure Client Portal is our primary communication hub. 💙
To protect your personal and tax information and keep your return moving efficiently, all tax-related questions, document requests, missing information, status updates, and communication with your tax professional are handled through your secure client portal.
After submitting your intake, please use your portal whenever you need to contact us. If we need additional information from you, we'll communicate through the portal and may send an email or text letting you know an update is waiting.
Please do not send tax documents or tax-related information through personal text messages, Facebook Messenger, or other social media messaging. This keeps your information secure, your conversations organized, and your return moving without anything getting lost.
Can't get into your portal? Call (205) 824-9872 or email support@runmemyrefund.com and we'll help you get access.

How do I send my documents securely?+
Use your secure Client Portal or our secure upload page. Don't text, DM, or email sensitive documents like W-2s or your ID — use the portal so your data stays encrypted and attached to your file.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on the complexity of your return. Simple W-2 returns start lower; self-employment, multiple states, and itemized deductions cost more. We quote you before any work begins — no surprises.
Can I bring family or a friend to my appointment?+
No extra guests. Only the client whose return is being prepared (and spouse if filing jointly). This keeps your private financial information safe.
Where are you located?+
We work from a private home office in Birmingham, AL 35206. The exact address is shared in your confirmation email the day of your appointment after you confirm. Most clients file virtually from anywhere in the U.S.
What if the IRS sends me a notice or letter?+
Bring it to us. Don't ignore IRS letters. Most are routine, but they have deadlines. We help current clients respond at no extra charge for the first review.
Do you offer refund advances?+
Yes — qualified clients can get an advance on their refund. Ask us about it during your appointment.
What if I'm missing a document?+
Start anyway. You can upload missing documents later — we'll hold your file until everything's in.
